Before beginning your Trial, check below to confirm QuiKer's System requirements are compatible with your Agency's systems. Make sure to follow the instructions in the How to Start Your QuiKer Trial section below carefully.

QuiKer is optimized for Microsoft Outlook version 2010 and higher; however, QuiKer has been effective on every version of Microsoft Outlook, except for 2007. If you experience any issues with a particular version, please email us at helpdesk@simplyquiker.com so we can fix it!

How to Start Your QuiKer Trial

First, The AMS360 Administrator in the Agency needs to go to the Agency’s AMS360 Administration Tab to create Credentials for each QuiKer User. (Separate credentials from a User's traditional AMS360 login information).

Learn how to set up the Credentials by visiting the “How to Setup the API in AMS360” video tutorial on our Knowledgebase. QuiKer’s Administrator Manual also provides step by step instructions. Download the Manual below.

Once these credentials are created, download:

  • The User Guide: share this with all QuiKer users. Detailed instructions on the installation and activation process can be found in the User Guide on pages 3-5.

  • The latest version of QuiKer (found below). Make sure to close Outlook before downloading, then re-open after finishing the installation process.
    When Users are ready to activate QuiKer, every User will enter in this 14-Day Free Trial Key:
