Our normal Helpdesk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m EST for all QuiKer-related technical assistance.

For emergency needs that surface after our regular Help Desk Support hours, we offer email support until 7:00 p.m. EST. Non-emergency support and technical issues that require a Remote session will be addressed during our regular operating hours.
