An Agent's Challenge
Agents need to manage and process incoming emails, Sent emails, phone calls, interoffice conversations, client meetings and more. The immense volume of client communication that takes place in a day, combined with the time it takes to create an Activity in AMS360 (currently 48 seconds or more), can hinder any number of these important Activities from being properly documented.
Undocumented client Activity of any kind exposes an Agency to a major E&O loss.
QuiKer was created to streamline the documentation process by bringing AMS360's Activity screen right to the User's Outlook Account. Users don't have to be logged into AMS360 to send information via QuiKer directly to the Agency's database.
QuiKer allows Users to create email Activities from Inbox or Sent emails, create an Activity for a phone call or interoffice conversation, access the AMS360 Customer Center, and to create, manage and complete Suspense. QuiKer takes the time needed to create an AMS360 Activity from 48 seconds to approximately 7 seconds.

When Producers are on the road, or working at a Client site, they rely heavily on their mobile phones to send and receive emails.
Sending hundreds of emails via mobile phone could lead to dozens of gaping holes in vital Client communications if not properly attached to an Agency's AMS360 database upon their return to the office.
QuiKer can be set to monitor any email account a Producer uses, in particular the Sent feature from an Agency's Outlook Account accessed via mobile phones.
When a Producer sends an email via their mobile phone when on the road, QuiKer will 'pop' a reminder to attach this email on the "home" computer where QuiKer is installed. Once the Producer returns to the office, they can catch up on attaching emails and creating Activities for client communications that happened off-site.
Note: All QuiKer prompts to attach an email include the "To", "Subject", and time and date of the email for easy reference. The Sent email will also open behind the QuiKer Activity screen after selecting "Yes" to attach to AMS360.
Both Agencies and Producers have reported a substantial increase in the AMS360 documentation of emails and communications that took place in the field.
